Greensboro NC’s first housing replacement project was design-built in the course of one academic semester by twenty students under the direction of Professor Charest. The innovative two-bedroom/one-bath, 1000 square-foot ICF home for Lillie and James Marshall was constructed with a grant of $49,500 from the City of Greensboro’s Housing and Community Development Home Rehabilitation Program. photos by Kelly Lowry ©
